With Try Before You Hire, we first help you recruit a suitable person to undertake a short-term project or stand in for absent full-time staff. During this period, he or she has the opportunity to familiarise themselves with your business and the responsibilities of the role, while you in turn can assess their ability and performance.
Following this initial period, which is conducted under the terms of Pro-Source Staff Leasing, you have the option of offering the leased person a contract for full-time employment – but only, of course, if you are entirely satisfied with his or her suitability.
