The main goal of Pro-Placement training is to help the outgoing employee find a fulfilling new job that corresponds to his or her needs, as quickly as possible – and always within an agreed timeframe.

Pro-Source experts design an individual training programme to be mutually agreed by the employee and employer, to which the employee commits and engages. The employer is responsible for adjusting the employee’s job description to support his or her training programme and active job search.

Pro-Placement vs outplacement

Pro-Placement differs from other outplacement services in the following ways:

• Outplacement is a control process for redundant staff, while Pro-Placement is an active training programme

• During the Pro-Placement training programme, current employment is not terminated and the job search is fully supported by the employer

• The outgoing employee continues working, but with a streamlined job description

• Working with the employee, Pro-Source builds a personal contact list of approximately 100 potential employers, selected according to the employee’s particular interests
