What happens after I have sent my application?
We review all applications received and select suitable candidates for initial interview. Those candidates are contacted by telephone and interviews are held at Pro-Source’s office as soon as possible thereafter. Following interview, Pro-Source makes 3–5 candidate presentations to its client company, which then selects those it wishes to interview. We inform the short-list candidates and the person chosen for the post, by telephone. Other candidates are notified by e-mail when the search is completed.
How many interviews does a search process involve?
Usually there are two interviews: one by Pro-Source and a second by the client company. The latter includes a more in-depth view of the organization, working environment and job description. In some cases there may be several such interviews, depending on the complexity and seniority of the post in question.
How many candidates are interviewed?
We interview on average ten applicants for every job opening. From these interviewees we choose 3–5 suitable candidates and draw up candidate presentations for our client. The client company then chooses from these presentations those candidates it wishes to interview.
Does the search process include personal assessments?
Most of our searches do include personal assessments. We use the Discovery of Natural Latent Abilities (DNLA®) assessment method. DNLA is not a psychological test but a practical, life-skills-based procedure, measuring ability and potential in the areas of social skills, management, leadership, teamworking and sales. Candidates receive comprehensive feedback from their DNLA assessments, which he or she can utilize in their future career development. Our personal assessments are a supportive adjunct to interviews and are completely confidential.
